The interface

ElixirPad is a web interface for smart contracts that run on a public blockchain. We don't custody your funds, hold your private keys or execute trades for you. Every transaction is signed by your own wallet and settled on-chain by the contracts.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age where you live and allowed to use crypto services there. Don't use the site if you are in a sanctioned country or on a sanctions list, or if local law forbids it.

Tokens are created by users

Anyone can launch a token on ElixirPad. We don't review, endorse or vouch for any token, creator or metadata. A token's name, image or links don't mean it's official or valuable. Do your own research.

Risks

Crypto assets are highly volatile and you can lose everything you put in. Newly launched tokens are especially risky.

The smart contracts haven't been audited and may contain bugs. The network is pre-launch and may be reset, halted or changed, which can make tokens and funds unrecoverable.

Transactions on a blockchain are final. We can't reverse, cancel or refund them.

Fees

Trades pay a 1% fee in the quote token, split between the treasury and the allocation each creator picks at launch. Network gas is paid separately to the chain. Fees are enforced by the contracts and can change in future deployments.

Your responsibilities

Keep your wallet and keys safe. Don't use the site to launch tokens that impersonate others, infringe rights, or are fraudulent or illegal, and don't try to attack or disrupt the site or contracts. We may hide tokens or content from the interface at our discretion. This doesn't affect the contracts, which keep running on-chain.

No advice

Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

No warranty

The site and contracts are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, ElixirPad and its contributors aren't liable for any loss or damage from using the site, the contracts or any token.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
